Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–10 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Furniture and other large or heavy products may require additional handling, special packaging, multiple packages, or different delivery arrangements.

9. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Storiva is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a shipping address. Changes may not be possible after an order has entered processing or shipment.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returns generally must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order and must satisfy the applicable product and return conditions.

Because furniture can be large or heavy, return arrangements may vary by product.

Customers should contact Storiva before sending a product back and wait for return instructions.

We may request the order number, photographs of the product, photographs of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before it enters processing or shipment.
